Products are subject to availability. Prices and product offerings may be changed at any time.

3. Purchases and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be added when required.

Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Fahrside Studios reserves the right to correct pricing or product-information errors and to cancel or refuse an order when necessary. If payment has already been collected for an order that Fahrside Studios cancels, the amount collected will be refunded.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping methods, charges, and available pickup options are shown during checkout when applicable.

Some prints or other products may be produced and shipped directly by a third-party printing or fulfillment provider.

Fahrside Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, sales of original artwork, custom or commissioned work, and personalized products are final.

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Fahrside Studios promptly so the situation can be reviewed and resolved.

Any additional return or refund terms displayed on a product page are considered part of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Commissions and Custom Work

Commissioned and custom artwork may be subject to additional terms regarding pricing, deposits, materials, proofs, revisions, completion time, and delivery.

These details will be communicated before work begins when applicable.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, purchasing commissioned or custom artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
